The CCBC B.C. Chapter hosted the Hon. Ben Stewart on February 12 in Vancouver. He met with the business community and delivered a very informative presentation on his office’s priorities and mandate. Attendees were happy that they were able to meet with Mr. Stewart and hear him speak.
Chinese Consul General LIU Fei delivered welcoming remarks. Consul General Liu was delighted to see that the BC government was so proactive in establishing close ties with Asia. She believed that it was a smart idea to locate BC’s Special Representative in Asia in Beijing. BC companies have a lot to offer to China.
